With Ceres Ranch you will receive up to 4 data packets per day while accessing insights and alerts on animal behaviour, location & out of boundary alerts and activity monitoring. The key difference in Ceres Ranch is its reusable nature allowing you to maximise the value in your investment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to tag every animal?
You don't need to tag every animalto get the insights you need! You can tag strategically and benchmark the herd or mobto receive location, behaviour, and welfare insights for all animals. We typically suggest tagging 10% of your animals and scaling this up as you need from there.
Can I remove a Ceres Ranch tag?
Yes, Ceres Ranch can be removed and reused. Using a standard cutter and universal application tool, Ceres Ranch can be reapplied with Ceres Ranch Pins & Tethers.
Ceres Ranch includes all the features and benefits of a Ceres Trace Tag in a reusable casing. This is the only reusable product from Ceres Tag.
Can I use a different applicator?
Ceres Ranch can be applied using a universal applicator. If you do not have a universal applicator you can purchase one in our application pack. You will need to activate the tag prior to application. To activate the tag purchase our activation tool.
What happens after 3 years?
Ceres Ranch products are unable to be extended beyond 3 years satellite connectivity. To continue gaining insights repurchase a Ceres Ranch pack.
How do I view the data?
Ceres Tag does not provide end user software but rather integrates with other software platforms. You can view software options on our software partner page here. After purchase of the tags you are required to link your chosen software to our system. Once linked the data automatically flows through to the software partner.
