Across the heart of Queensland, a remarkable journey of nearly 1,600 head of cattle and their experienced drovers took place.
Covering more than 700 kilometres from Longreach to Roma, the Great Australian Charity Cattle Drive has come to an end. This initiative has helped to support families facing food insecurity by donating cattle where they're needed most.
Helping make the journey more impactful was CERES TAG, the world's first satellite-enabled animal health intelligence platform. By contributing through donating and tagging over 100 animals, CERES TAG offered greater insight into the herd's movement and wellbeing along the way - allowing interaction, connection and insight into this remarkable cause to spread across Australia and beyond.
